Upperton
Upperton is located in the outskirts of London, it's one of the areas in which the wealthy, upper elite favour to reside. It's pleasant to walk through, not a peasant in sight! (apart from those who come to clean the manure from the roads) There is even a large park in the center of the neighborhood where one may stroll in or go to feed the ducks or rent a boat to enjoy the pond on a lovely spring day. Row upon row of glorious mansions, cherry blossoms and other finely cut trees line the streets, flower baskets hang from the street lights, and the iron fences holding back the gardens of the homes have no chip in sight. Although the area is nice, one cannot completely escape the smog and smells that come from within the city, but they can certainly come close to it at Upperton Edge.
The Washington Hotel
The Washington Hotel was not always the grand and luxurious place it once was. It started off small and humble, originally named The Haines for one of it's owners who sadly passed. Isaac Washington now runs it solely and makes sure it is up to the best standard it can be. The talented American takes in all who can afford it, and one does not have to be a guest just to enjoy it's tearoom and bar. It is a favourite spot among the young folk, Mr Washington has even accumulated his own entourage of ladies who like to travel with him to the best balls and parties around.
Serpens Club
Serpens is a highly esteemed club for the elite gentlemen in England, men with great power, money, and ties to businesses and politics. Many will never know the interior without an invitation for membership.
Andersen castle
Andersen Castle is the Scotland home to The Duke of Edinburgh and his family. Built in the 16th century, the castle's halls are filled with rich history and countless historical artifacts. Built on the outskirts of Edinburgh, near a small village name Brumble, Andersen Castle has land for hundreds of acres, renting farmland to residents and other tenants whose homes reside on the Wellington land. Where there isn't farmland, there are highlands and open fields covered in wild flowers. In the back of the castle lays gardens where guests may talk a nice walk and enjoy the elegant layout of the flowers and shrubbery. When a feast is in order, guests find themselves in the Great Hall; tall ceilings with historic chandeliers, long wooden tables covered with floral centerpieces and candles, and a large fireplace at the head of the room, behind the family table to overlook the room. Get lost in the countless halls and secret passageways, collect some wild flowers, and have a cup of ale in the Great Hall and enjoy your time in Scotland.
Ashford Estate
Located in the countryside, Ashford has been the main home to the Hayes family since 1729. To the outside world, Ashford Estate was known for its elegance and utmost class. But those who once had the pleasure to reside behind it's doors know it's reality. For behind those doors, life consists of corruption, sex, deceit, greed, and power hungry war. Those who reside at Ashford Estate know to keep their friends close, and their enemies closer. the Hayes family happily accepted requests from the many dear friends and family members asking if they can once again return time and time again. With all of these families came great drama like generations before. Love affairs, rumors, greed, the whole nine yards. But of course, who could resist the temptation of it all? Who can resist desire, money, power, beauty, lust. They couldn't before, and old habits do die hard. To the outside world, Ashford Estate is a wholesome, elegant home. A vacation spot for family friends. But, to those who are behinds it's closed doors know the sinful truth. (Ashford Estate was the original RP group, a place for the Wellingtons, Hayes, Cunninghams, Christians and other powerful families to come together and vacation under the Hayes roof. Our Group now, Upperton Edge, follows the stories of their children and other new members closer to the heart of London. Hopefully the group will make a trip sometime in the future!)
"The Loft"
Secret location for Benjamin Christian, Timothy Greengrass, Andrew McClain, Norris & Terrence, the apartment within a dingy tenement located in one of the worst sectors of London proved to be the wisest location for the sons of wealthy lords to conduct their various experiments. With England facing the height of the Industrial Revolution, the group often conducts research and testing, creating progressive propaganda, collecting ancient scripts, and all things considered nerdy from within their shared space. Dividing the rent equally from their inheritance, the space consists of a main apartment for lounging, reading, and hanging out while an upstairs loft where most of the precious equipment, beakers, devices, telescopes, vials and other supplies are kept, serves as their creative space. Their rules are simple; no alcohol, no ladies, and by all means, never telling anyone else about the location.
Townhomes
On the rare occurrence that there is a member who do not have the privilege to live within a mansion of Upperton Edge (or perhaps someone making visits within the city in secret), nestled along in endless rows are the townhomes of London. Multiple story buildings connected on each side spread out for miles within the cramped city range from lavish to decrepit, depending on which part of the city one is in.
